This year, our first Monday night rehearsal will be a full-group goal setting session with Alan Feirer of Group Dynamics. During this two hour block, we will work as a group to set some goals for the 2021-22 school year as we start to build a culture and identity for the Northwest Bands and for Sapphire Sound.
