Location Information
Directions To Stadium
From the East
All traffic will approach from Warrior Lane via Hickman Road (Highway 6).
From the West
All traffic will approach from Warrior Lane via Hickman Road (Highway 6).
From Interstate 80 (South)
Take the Waukee Exit and travel North on County R22 (Ute Ave.) to Highway 6. Turn East on Highway 6 to Warrior Lane. Travel south on Warrior Lane.
From this point, buses will be directed to Middle School parking lot and equipment trucks will be directed to equipment staging area.

Parking
Buses will park nose to end on the road running West to East in Centennial Park. Hand stampers will enter your buses and stamp hands before you disembark.
Equipment trucks will be directed around the south side of the Middle School to their parking and staging area on the east side of Waukee Middle School.
Spectator parking will be east of the stadium at Waukee High School.
A limited amount of premium paid parking will be available west of the
stadium. Handicap parking will be available south and west of the stadium.

Changing Facilities
The Waukee Middle School gymnasium and commons of will be available for uniform changing.

Restrooms
Restrooms will be available in the Middle School, at the concession stand on the south side of the stadium, and there will also be “porta potties” in various locations.

Warm up
There will be 2 supervised warm up
areas.
1) A lined practice field in the NW corner of the middle school
yard. (15 min. Max practice time on this field)
2) And a Play only area North of the school. Bands can warm up in any
open area west of the school. Please play to the west. Bands may not use
the bus parking area for warm up.
3). Bands will then have to travel north of the middle school to
the west stadium staging area in the northwest corner of the
stadium. Directors, please wait to move your band from the NW staging
area.

Trailers
We will have trailers available to assist your pit movement on and off the field. However you are ultimately responsible for your equipment please and should have your own parents ready to assist.

Field Entrance, Troop the Stands and Exit
With approximately 8 minutes left on the clock from the prior bands performance, a supervisor will move your band to the back corner of the field for your entrance thru the new northeast corner gate. Upon completion of your show you will troop the stands from north to south, exiting the field at the southeast corner gate.

Directors
You and your staff are welcome to watch your band’s performance from the skybox on the south end of the press box complex. The skybox is accessed by using the outside stairs on the south end of press box.

Judges Packets
After your performance, judge’s packets will be available at the
WMI Headquarters and will be given to directors only.

Video
A courtesy DVD will be provided to the directors.

Admission
General admission is $8 for adults and $5 for students.

Concessions
Concessions will be available from the concession stand located on the south side of the stadium and at the middle school.

Rain
In the event of rain we will "stand and play" in the Middle School gym.
