Uniform Hemming Crew

Need a group of 10 –15 who are willing to hem uniform pants or jacket sleeves.  Uniforms may be picked up at the high school between 8-5 M-Th or 8-1:30 Friday during band camp.  Special arrangements for pick-up/drop-off may be made with Beth Baumeister or _____________.

Door Prizes
Need 2-3 to split up businesses to solicit door prizes for band camp – Tickets are given out during camp for successful marching and musicianship.  All tickets go into a drawing for prizes to be distributed 8-7-08 after marching for the parents in the evening.   Work with ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­________________ for a list of prior donors.  Parents also may make prize donations – samples of prior gifts are: gift cards (coffee, food, movies, mall, jewelry stores, etc.), food, t-shirts, small electronics, computer gaming chairs, stereos, etc.
