Below is a list of dates this summer where help is needed.  Please let me know which slots you can fill.

June  organize uniforms and marching equipment Tues. and Thurs.  evenings  6-8 PM (16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th)
(Rehearsals are 7-9 the weeks of June 22 and June 29 -)
Need people to put together 6 shelving units – bring electric screw drivers

Uniforms (7 volunteers per shift) –

Uniform Hemming Crew
 
Need a group of 10 –15 who are willing to hem uniform pants or jacket sleeves.  Uniforms may be picked up at the high school between 8-5 M-Th or 8-1:30 Friday during band camp.  Special arrangements for pick-up/drop-off may be made with Beth Baumeister or _____________.

Door Prizes
Need 2-3 to split up businesses to solicit door prizes for band camp – Tickets are given out during camp for successful marching and musicianship.  All tickets go into a drawing for prizes to be distributed 8-7-08 after marching for the parents in the evening.   Work with ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­________________ for a list of prior donors.  Parents also may make prize donations – samples of prior gifts are: gift cards (coffee, food, movies, mall, jewelry stores, etc.), food, t-shirts, small electronics, computer gaming chairs, stereos, etc.
