We are getting close to band camp!

 

Remember to drink plenty of water, wear sunscreen, and wear socks and tennis shoes.  Bring your lunch for all the days.  If you would like to order a $5.35 box lunch for Thursday, bring your order form and money.

 

Please return all the forms (good conduct, medical release, volunteer sheet, etc.) that were distributed June 29th.  If you don't have your forms, they are on the long table in the band room.

Need a group of 10 –15 who are willing to hem uniform pants or jacket sleeves.  Uniforms may be picked up at the high school between 8-5 M-Th or 8-1:30 Friday during band camp.  Special arrangements for pick-up/drop-off may be made with Beth Baumeister.

Door Prizes
Need 2-3 to split up businesses to solicit door prizes for band camp – Tickets are given out during camp for successful marching and musicianship.  All tickets go into a drawing for prizes to be distributed 8-6-09 after marching for the parents in the evening.   Work with ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Becky Irmiter for a list of prior donors.  Parents also may make prize donations – samples of prior gifts are: gift cards (coffee, food, movies, mall, jewelry stores, etc.), food, t-shirts, small electronics, computer gaming chairs, stereos, etc.
