Here is some information on Thursday's movie shoot. Don't bother calling the "hotline" early since it won't be set up until 8 PM on 7-15-09. You can meet at the high school an hour prior to the call time to car pool. Meet on the west side of the high school (by the band room). Remember to listen to the hotline for what they want you to wear (most likely a dark colored shirt - no logos or team names). Bring sunscreen and maybe an umbrella. You can also bring a chair or blanket for when you are hanging out.
You must be age 16 or older (age 16 need a parent or guardian with them). Due to child labor laws and a 10 hour day, they won't allow people younger than age 16.
You will check in with Josh Skipworth. He has a master list of those who have let me know they plan to be there. If you want to add your name to the final list, let me know be Monday night. After checking in with Josh, you will go to wardrobe so they can make sure you are wearing appropriate clothing and they will give you a protest sign to use.
Thanks for your support of Waukee Bands,
Jan Maltby

> It you are planning on attending the shoot, we will need you to to send me a message back to figure exactly how many the band can count towards our group. If you are not planning on attending after all, we would like you to remove your name from the attending list.
> After Wednesday night @ 8 P.M., you need to call 866-792-9440 and listen for info. on wardrobe and parking. Do not leave a message. You may want to call again early on Thursday morning to make sure nothing has changed.
> Try to not bring anything valuable or anything that could be easily lost. Once you arrive, check in with Josh Skipworth and head to wardrobe to make sure your clothing works with the film makers.
> Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you Thank you! And if you are aware of anyone else that is planning on attending, let us know so we can get credit towards our trip! :) See you Thursday
