It is a good idea for every student to own a music stand for home practice.
Metronome
A metronome is also recommended to help students learn to keep a steady beat.
Care Kits (Optional)
Some instruments may come with a few supplies but others will not. Because of this, we have listed all supplies each instrument will need. Most music stores stock Care Kits. Rieman Music offers a McMillan Care Kit for each instrument, which includes many of required supplies at a bulk cost of $12.99. Students will receive instructions on how to use their supplies during band lessons.
Name Tag
Students need to mark their instrument case with a name tag.
